Every Saima Abaya piece is prepared with care. If something is not right with your order, our team is here to review your concern and help find an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your abaya arrives damaged, has defective stitching, or develops a stitching issue due to a manufacturing defect, you may contact us to request a return or exchange. Please provide photographs and your order details so we can assess the issue.
Custom Sizing & Measurements
Our abayas can be prepared according to measurements provided by customers. If an abaya has been made accurately to your confirmed measurements but does not fit as expected, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. This does not affect your rights if we have made an error or the item is defective.
Return Conditions
For returns unrelated to a product defect, items should remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Our team will review requests individually. These conditions do not limit any applicable consumer rights for defective or incorrectly supplied products.
